BEST WESTERN RAMKOTA HOTEL RAPID CITY, Rapid City – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel rooms need repairs, but they were set up nicely; however, they smelled terribly musty. Despite this, the room was excellent for a family with small kids. The service seemed unable to follow through when presented with an issue, but the front desk staff was very pleasant and professional, though not very knowledgeable. The location was a good fit for my bad back and within good walking distance to my car. The dining experience did not meet expectations, as there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room, and this was thought to be part of the price.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were free from overpowering odors like cigarette smoke but were noisy due to hall traffic and plumbing issues, and they had a musty smell from lack of cleanliness. The service was lacking, with difficulties in reaching the manager for certain procedures and unwelcoming staff. The location was decent with easy access to attractions and highways, but the pricing might be a bit high for some. The dining was satisfactory with good options when using a discount. Overall, it had its positives and negatives.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy, making me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. However, the dining options were a bit lacking, and the Wi-Fi was not included in the rate which was a slight downside. Overall, a great value for money.
